Bookings are made from the day your cat is dropped off and for the number of nights your cat remains with us. On the day of departure, you will be charged at our full daily rate,except when you collect your cats before 10.30am, whereby you will not incur any charges for that day. It is important that at the time of booking you indicate a time for drop off as well as collection, to ensure pen availability for the duration of your cats stay and to avoid overcharges.

With effect from January 1st 2024 our prices are as follows. In addition, where customers request seperate pens for multiple households, these will be charged at our single cat rate.

                          1 Cat          £ 13.50 per day  

                          2 Cats        £ 24.00 per day  (Sharing)

                          3 Cats +     £ 28.00 per day  (Sharing)

Please Note :- Bookings cannot be confirmed without receipt of a booking form.

Once we have received your completed form, we will contact you with confirmation, detailing total amount payable for the period and arrival/departure details. If anything is incorrect or you need to cancel your booking, you must notify us as early as possible. We do not take any deposit at the time of booking, nor do we apply any surcharge for making cancellations.

Within 7 days of your visit, we will make contact to check your booking and confirm expected drop off and pick up times
