Bookings are made from the day your cat is dropped off and for the number of nights your cat remains with us. On the day of departure, you will be charged at our full daily rate,except where you make collection of your cats prior to 10.30am, whereby you will not incur any charges for that day. It is important that at the time of booking you indicate a time for drop off as well as collection, to ensure pen availability for the duration of your cats stay.

With effect from February 1st 2022, we are making changes to our prices. In addition, where customers request seperate pens for multiple households, these will in future be charged at our single cat rate.

                          1 Cat          £ 13.50 per day  

                          2 Cats        £ 24.00 per day  (Sharing)

                          3 Cats +     £ 28.00 per day  (Sharing)

Please Note :- Bookings cannot be confirmed without receipt of a booking form.

Once we have received your completed form, we will email  a confirmation letter, detailing total amount payable for the period and arrival/departure details. If anything is wrong, you must notify us as early as possible.
