Bookings are made from the day your cat is dropped off and for the number of nights your cat remains with us. On the day of departure, you will be charged at our full daily rate, except when you collect your cats before 10.30am, whereby you will not incur any charges for that day. It is important that at the time of booking you indicate a time for drop off as well as collection, to ensure pen availability for the duration of your cats stay and to avoid overcharges.

 In addition, where customers request seperate pens for multiple households, these will be charged at our single cat rate for each pen.

Prices as at September 2026 are as follows:

                 1 Cat          £ 13.50 per day  

                 2 Cats        £ 24.00 per day  (Sharing)

                 3 Cats +     £ 28.00 per day  (Sharing)

We have been able to hold our prices since 2024, but we now have to make some revisions to reflect current costs. As such we will change our prices for all bookings from January 2027
